Serious medical conditions
Blood pressure
Heart disease
Obstructive sleep apnea
Active cancer
Diabetes
Pulmonary hypertension
Recent surgery
Severe migraines
Uncontrolled asthma
Severe copd
Active respiratory infection
Concussion
Stroke or cerebral vascular disease
Sickle cell disease.
People with the above will not be able to participate in some of the exercises, but can do most of them.
