Unfortunately, as per our terms and conditions, we operate a strict no refunds policy for cancellations. We regret that all bookings are non-transferable once booked, so we cannot change the date for any of our activities and events.
Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome onsite. They must be kept on a lead at all times unless in the dog walking area. Dogs are not permitted inside Dottie’s, including the indoor seating area, with the exception of assistance dogs.
Please note dogs are NOT allowed on site during our Halloween Pick a Pumpkin and Play events.
Yes, free parking is available on site. Please park in our designated parking areas as directed to by our staff. All cars are parked at their owners’ risk, we will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles.
Tickets are subject to availability, so pre-booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment as we cannot guarantee there will be tickets available on the day.
When you arrive at the site, please take the first left towards the campsite Shop/Reception, park up away from the barrier and go into the campsite shop/reception to register.
Please do not drive towards the barrier unless you have signed in, you will not be able to get through and will politely be asked to move.
Once you have made your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique ticket barcode and reference number. Please have the email ready on arrival on a smartphone or printed out if you do not have a phone, in order for us to check you in.
